Northern Lights Adventures is located in Newfoundland, Canada. Our lodges are located in a remote area
where hunting, fishing and snowmobiling adventures are made. Moose hunting starts with a special archery
season in August followed by open rifle season in early September. Caribou season starts in September as well
and fall bear season. Spring bear hunting starts late May and goes into July.
For the spring bear hunter that wants to fish salmon or trout, that can be arranged. Snowmobiling tours and
accommodations at the lodge as well as machine rentals are available. Our guides are seasoned professionals
of the wilderness terrain and guided tours can be arranged from 1 day to 1 month. Fly fishing for salmon in the
World known Main River is an adventure that will never be forgotten. Best time for salmon runs from mid June
to the end to the first week of August. August is a great month for silver sea trout entering the river. Hunting
will be spot and stock for Caribou/moose and calling for moose from mid September until late October. Spring
bears are hunted over Bait sites and spot and stalk.
